4th Amendment Violation Against Dave Campbell by Judge Chauncey Taylor and Deputy James Cantrell;
both were shown seconds earlier of Fulton County's lack of subject matter jurisdiction, due to the forged arrest affidavit.
BACK CAMERA:
Notary Barbara Gann (Melissa Rogers' mom) was reprimanded on or about 10/10/24 for notarizing the arrest affidavit used to violate Dave.
After Dave informed the Court on 01/28/25, the affidavit is false and the notary was reprimanded, Judge Taylor alleged to Dave, "You're out of your lane."
Then, after depriving Dave's right to challenge their "probable cause" Judge Taylor had Cantrell unconstitutionally seize Dave's paper as Dave was reading it. The paper outlined their failed jurisdiction.
Why won't they stop uttering their known-false document?
