Dale and Luann's Story

On or about April 08, 2011, Dale filed a complaint with the Trusteeship of Woodland Lakes after he witnessed Frank Darian "Tinker" using Woodland Lakes' machinery to repair Mr. Darian's personal work equipment. Shortly after filing the complaint, one or more of WL's Trustees removed Dale, who is a state licensed contractor for the State of Missouri, from Woodland Lakes' Contractor's List.  

 

Later in the day on April 08, 2011, Luann went into the office and while there, did observe Dale's name had been removed from the Contractor's List, so she went home and told Dale. Dale and Louann went back to the office for answers, and here is the recorded conversation from that visit:
CLICK HERE for audio witnessing WL office worker, Debbie Clutter behaving unprofessionally as she uses obscene languange and does call "the cops" (WL Security Tom Colyott) because Dale attempted to look at the Contractor's List. In this audio Debbie says words like, "Put that back. Don't take things that don't belong to you," when Dale tells her he wants to get a contractor's number from the list. It is important to note that at no time during this incident was Dale told, or asked, to leave the office. The Gatekeeper did inform Dale he would be arrested by Tom if he did leave. 

 

Moments later on April 08, 2011, Dale and Luann were outside awaiting Tom Colyott's arrival. Gatekeeper Simone Hatton did hand Dale and Luann a note she had written, telling Dale not to leave or he would be arrested: CLICK HERE for audio witnessing Tom Colyott forcing Dale to the ground while placing Dale in a choke hold position. Dale was arrested for trespass and resisting arrest and taken to the Washington County Jail because he wanted to know why his contracting business was deleted from the Woodland Lakes' Contractor's List. Dale was unable to attend the Property Owners' Meeting the next morning, when he had been told he could ask the Trusteeship why his name was suddenly omitted. You will hear Tom Colyott's voice in the audio telling Dale he would not be able to attend his meeting now.

This incident occurred many months prior to Mr. Colyott continuing to attempt correspondence with Luann about this incident via emails.
