Note this alleged deed is signed by one trustee.

The Covenants Require several trustees in order to constitute valid business.

We had an attorney from St. Louis, Missouri review this deed.
The attorney said there are several things wrong with this deed and it is
worthless because one cannot convey from itself to itself.
The attorney also expressed an issue with the attorney who prepared it.
The attorney that prepared the deed (David Baylard) ommitted his last name.

Possibly-Legitimate Conveyance of Mostly Mineral Rights

An extensive search unearthed only two deeds for the "Trusteeship" corporation.
We are unable to locate a lawful conveyance that transferred the above-listed properties from
National Development Company, Inc. to Woodland Lakes Trusteeship, Inc. prior to Woodland Lake Trusteeship, Inc. deeding the subdivision to itself.

(Notice the fact the above-listed properties are not included on the following deed)
